Lead a Group

Small group leaders are difference makers.

Leading a group is not a difficult thing to do, but it is a significant thing to do. Group leaders create spaces for people to grow in their faith, connect with other believers, and find a place to belong in the family of God. People learn to be disciples of Jesus through relationships - and many of those relationships happen in the context of groups. We believe that groups are the most effective environment for true, meaningful life-change to take place.

We are not created to walk through life alone. God created us to need and know each other.
Small groups make big church small, and as new people meet Jesus and connect to the church, more groups are needed to help them grow in community.

Maybe you’ve considered leading a group but weren’t sure if you were cut out for it. Maybe you don’t know what a healthy, effective group looks like. Maybe you don’t know what leading a group means. Or maybe you just don’t know how to get started.
