You’re detail-oriented without being rigid, a great communicator, and you believe no task is too small when it comes to making a big impact.

What You’ll Do

As the Executive Assistant, you’ll play a vital behind-the-scenes role in helping our Lead and Executive Pastors lead well. You’ll manage calendars, coordinate communication, support projects and events, and keep the details moving so big-picture ministry can happen. From taking notes in key meetings to sending emails, booking travel, and making sure everything is ready for Sunday and beyond—you’ll help make ministry smoother, smarter, and more effective. Your administrative support will free up our leaders to focus on what only they can do, while you keep everything else humming with excellence and heart.
