Life transitions can be tough, but you aren’t alone.
If you’re young adult navigating early adulthood but are filled with questions like “Who am I? Where do I belong? What difference do I make?” Know that you are not alone and you have found a place to discover yourself while discovering Jesus.
Young Adults at First Christian gather throughout the week to bridge the gap between you and others just like you who are looking for genuine relationships. We aim to bridge the gap between our own convictions that we know to be true and how we are to live them out — no matter what crazy stage of life we’re in!
Coffee + Connect
Every Sunday immediately following the weekly 11am service at FCC. Young Adults gather in the Cafe at 12:30pm to get to know each other and find out how to get involved in LIfeGroups, Next Steps, and more.
If you are a student at a local university (Malone, Walsh, Kent, Mount Union, etc.) we want to connect with you! Contact us for more info on how to get involved at First Christian.
Your Story Matters
We’d love to know how God has been active in transforming your life and relationships around you. Whether you have been a follower of Jesus for a long time or this is all new, we want to hear from you!
Discover Your Purpose
Rooted provides the opportunity to connect with God, the church community and your purpose in unexpected life-changing ways. Think of Rooted as a personal journey. Its goal is to deepen your connection with God, His Church and your purpose in the big, epic story He is writing through human history.
Rooted is an interactive experience. In the course of 10 weeks, you will get together weekly with your group. You’ll talk about what God has been revealing to you through the week’s readings, journal entries, and prayer. You’ll learn from one another as the Holy Spirit works to comfort, encourage, and guide each member. Your group will share two experiences together outside of your group time: Prayer and serving. After the last session, you’ll join together with other groups and celebrate how God is working to connect each of you with your passion, your purpose, and your community.
