Who you are
We are looking for someone to join our team as the Campus Pastor of our upcoming Meyers Lake Campus! We’re searching for a high-capacity leader of leaders who has a passion for making and multiplying disciples and participating in Kingdom-building work by engaging in the community to reach people and lead them to be all-in disciples of Jesus!
What you’ll do
You will carry the mission, vision, and culture of First Christian Church to the local campus, provide top-level oversight of all campus services, events, and activities, and lead & develop coaches for campus teams.. You will assist the Lead Pastor and Executive Pastor in strategic planning and staff coordination in the execution of the church’s strategy.
